The Process:

Find an ideal location and plot to suit you. 

We will then introduce you to our architects and together you design your dream villa according to your requirements.

Find out the building cost of your villa and a organise payment plan.

As soon as all details are finalised, we are ready to start construction and the property will be completed in approximately 5 months time, depending on the size and requirements of the property, i.e. special materials that may be requested etc.

Custome built properties also cost less than buying a completed property, saving you money and giving you a guarantee that you are paying for what you want in a property.
